The Book on Fouling is a manual that combines scientific research with years of experience of people from the aquaculture sector and aims to become an important information tool in the reader's hands. It refers extensively to fouling species observed in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea and analyzes the impact and the challenges caused by fouling in the aquaculture industry. It contains examples of photos from the species observed in the Mediterranean coastline and distribution graphs for each population.
It has been prepared on the initiative of the Norwegian firm Steen-Hansen purely for educational and informational purposes and contains information which become an extremely useful guide for each and every fish farmer.
